Information you enter

Player names, event names, scores, and schedule settings are processed locally in your browser. The current version does not send or save that information to a DinkRounds server or Google Analytics.

Basic technical data and analytics

The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and secure the site.

DinkRounds uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site use. Google Analytics may process the page visited, referring page, approximate location, and basic browser and device information. DinkRounds does not send player names, event names, scores, schedule settings, or roster contents to Google Analytics.

Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Unless those settings are updated through an appropriate consent choice, the Google tag does not set analytics or advertising cookies and may send limited consent-mode measurements. Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Advertising and cookies

AdSense ad delivery is currently disabled while the site is under review. The account-verification meta tag and ads.txt identify the publisher account; they do not serve ads. No active ad units or empty advertisement containers are displayed.

Before enabling advertising, DinkRounds will confirm approval, publish the required consent messages, and update this policy to describe the active implementation. A future manual placement is reserved below the organizer guide, outside the tools. Support and error pages are excluded. If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies where consent and law allow.

You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through My Ad Center. DinkRounds will use an appropriate consent flow before enabling personalized advertising or cookie-based analytics where required.

Links to external websites are governed by those sites’ privacy practices. DinkRounds does not control their content or data handling.

Children

This site is a general-audience planning utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Use initials or placeholders if publishing or printing a roster creates a privacy concern.
