With no natural rest round, schedule a water break halfway through. If only two courts are available, four people sit each round and the session needs more rounds to make playing time feel even.

Post the complete court list where everyone can see it, but announce one round at a time. Enter scores as games finish and wait for every court before moving forward. That prevents one fast court from getting two rounds ahead.
